About

A public inbox for real mobile numbers

Get Virtual Phone Number shows the SMS that arrive on a small pool of leased mobile lines, live, to anyone who opens the page.

How it works

Each line is a mobile number leased from a telecom provider for months at a time. Messages are pulled from the provider every few seconds while someone is reading the page, and the history is saved so the page still makes sense when the line goes offline.

What we show and hide

Codes are highlighted so they are easy to copy, and after 10 minutes most digits are masked. Sender names and the rest of the text stay visible, because that is how you know which service sent what.

What it is for

Testing an app, a one-off sign-up, keeping your own number off a marketing list. It is not for banking, payments, government services or accounts you will need to recover; for those use your own number or a private number.

For developers and agents

The same data is available to AI agents through our MCP server, and as a list of online lines at /data/numbers.json.
