WhatsApp sends a 6-digit code, written like 123-456, by SMS to the number you enter during registration. Pick a line above, type it into WhatsApp, and the code shows in the live inbox on this page, which refreshes about every 20 seconds. One WhatsApp account belongs to one number, so a shared line is a weak home for an account you care about.
No WhatsApp codes arrived in the last 7 days; any online line can still be tried.

WhatsApp asks for your country and phone number on the first screen, then sends a 6-digit SMS code to that number. Choose the same country as the line you picked here and type the number without a leading zero. Confirm it on the prompt, then keep this tab open.
When the SMS arrives, the page highlights it, shows it in full for 10 minutes, and masks part of it afterwards. WhatsApp offers a call option after a waiting period, but this site cannot receive voice, so wait for the text. If nothing comes, the code not received guide lists checks in order.
A WhatsApp account is bound to one number, and whoever verifies that number last controls the account. On a public line anyone can open the inbox, read the code, and register the same number on their own phone, which signs you out. For that reason this page fits test accounts, app reviews and one-time checks.
Family chats, backups and anything you need to recover later belong on a number only you control. The private number option exists for that case.
Every line here is a real mobile number leased from a telecom provider for months, and none of them comes from a VoIP range. WhatsApp may still reject a number that many people have used, so keep a second line in mind. The list above shows lines that recently received WhatsApp codes.
A virtual number can register a WhatsApp Business app profile for testing, as long as it receives the SMS code during setup. Business accounts depend on their number for customer chats and for later verification, so a shared inbox is risky for anything customer-facing.
Companies that need a stable number usually pick a private number or use the WhatsApp Business Platform. Questions about registering with no number at all are answered on the WhatsApp without a phone number page.
A private number receives codes only for you — re-login works whenever the app asks again.
