Choose a line from the list above, type it into Telegram with its country code, and the 5-digit login code appears in the live inbox on this page. The inbox refreshes by itself about every 20 seconds, and no account or app is needed. Public lines suit test accounts and one-off sign-ups, so keep them away from any Telegram profile you plan to use for years.
No Telegram codes arrived in the last 7 days; any online line can still be tried.

Open Telegram, enter a number from the list with its country code, and the app sends a 5-digit code by SMS to that line. Leave this tab open while you wait. The page highlights each new code and shows it in full for 10 minutes before it partly masks the digits.
A new registration has no other signed-in session, so Telegram falls back to SMS. If the timer on the code screen runs out, tap the resend option once and wait again. Telegram may offer a phone call later, yet this site receives SMS only, so a spoken code never reaches the inbox. Lines that stay silent are covered on the code not received page.
A Telegram login code has 5 digits and arrives in a short SMS that names Telegram and warns you not to share it. Sender text and wording can differ by country and carrier, so recognize the message by the service name and by its timing. When several people use the same line, the feed may also show codes for other services. Pick the Telegram message that arrived right after your own request, and type the digits into the app as soon as you copy them.
Every line on this site is a real mobile number leased from a telecom provider for months, and none comes from a VoIP range. Telegram can still refuse a number that many people have already registered or requested codes for. If one line is refused, try another from the list above, which shows lines that recently received Telegram codes.
When a line goes offline, its page keeps the message history. Other countries are listed in the numbers directory.
Anyone who opens the page sees the same inbox, so a public line can hold a Telegram account only until someone else requests a code for it. That makes these lines suitable for a test account, a bot experiment, or joining a group once. They are a poor base for a profile with contacts, because later login codes land in the same open inbox. Telegram also deletes inactive accounts after a period you set in privacy settings, and a number nobody monitors can lose its account that way.
A cloud password (two-step verification) puts a second barrier in front of the account. For a profile you intend to keep, a private number receives codes only for you. If you want to read channels or hide your number from contacts, the no-phone-number options may cover it without any SMS.
A private number receives codes only for you — re-login works whenever the app asks again.
